The light meters were produced in several versions and I was not able to find an identical light meter as I have. It is similar to the Avo Model II 1936 version, but the setting dial is identical to the Model I (1935) and Model B. It is a simple selenium light meter design with a classic light weight and a 1200 ohms wire resistor.
Exhibit data
The AVO selenium light meter, the model could not be found, was probably produced since 1936 range of
- application: 200-5000 H&D (scale not used in Poland, but taken over by GOST)
- shutter: 60s- 1 / 2000s
- aperture: 1 to 32
I got the light meter from Andrew by way of replacement, the housing is in good condition, there were still factory seals, unfortunately it is not working.
