I found DOG20 diodes in a copy of Waldemar Dekański’s gallery. Then I found them in old catalogs, there were more types produced. I like the DOG20 from the color scheme. The documents show that they were produced by PEWA. However, I did not find how to distinguish between different types of diodes. Mine diodes have a black dot. I remember that in the 1960s, point contact diodes were mass-produced, but in a different housing. Unfortunately, in 2021, the descriptions published on the old server of the Gdańsk University of Technology mif.pg.gda.pl/homepages/jasiu disappeared.
